Which is more important?
So what if you can’t get into the perceived “ideal” form of an asana? Many who receive benefits from Bikram aren’t necessarily those for whom something physically obvious or quantifiable by others is happening. The benefits and change do not have to be verified by others anyway! However the internal changes can be visible through a new radiating calmness/change in approach/attitude to life.
Sometimes you can’t quite put your finger on that compulsion to get to another class and you don’t even notice the change until someone else points it out to you. What is the price on feeling great, happier generally, calmer, more relaxed? There is no such thing as a free lunch; it will require 100% effort by you for you… 🙂
