In life in its ‘shortness’ that we perceive, I believe we must seize every opportunity to STAND TALL and CELEBRATE. Whilst EVERY class at Yoga Matters is a special event; the completion of a Group 7.CLASSES.IN.7.DAYS.CHALLENGE is an opportunity to roll out the barrel. We like to mark the occassion. One Challenger did 9 in 7! (don’t know how that slipped passed us 😉 ) some Challengers on their 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th Challenge. 4 or 5 coming back tomorrow (why not!!) .  A tremendous full on mind and body challenge completed by Peter Diane Melodie Paul Aileen Jenny Carmelita Jessica Charlotte Ceri Amanda Alice Helen Kathy Chris Carole. THANK YOU ALL for filling the studio with your smiley happy faces ~ YOU MADE OUR WEEK SO SPECIAL.
